Whitney was born and raised in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. She graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a minor in Philosophy and Religious Studies. Whitney has been painting with acrylic on canvas for over twenty years. For her, painting challenges her to explore and create different perspectives of seeing things as they are. Whitney enjoys being outside in nature, spending time with family, and coming home to two lazy cats, Banjo and Samson.
