Juliana Adelman

Juliana Adelman JD was born and raised in Houston, Texas. She graduated from Bellaire High School, where she was member of leading choir and played club soccer. She earned BA degree from The University of Texas – Austin in 2007, and JD from Texas Tech University School of Law in Lubbock, Texas in 2012.

During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her dog. She is also an avid follower of various canine training groups and organizations and actively participates with others in her community who share this passion. She also enjoys playing chess, socially and competitively, hiking, and is fascinated with nature and astronomy.

Background

Prior to attending law school, Juliana worked as a case clerk for a large litigation law firm in Houston, Texas, and the experience inspired her to pursue her law degree.  During summer breaks, she interned for a boutique transactional law firm in Houston and continued there as Associate Attorney after graduation.

Most recently, she worked for an oil gas consulting company exclusively serving a Fortune 500 Oil and Gas Operator in their Fort Worth, Texas office. Her area of responsibility in this role was primarily title curative for oil and gas mineral owners. She additionally served as intermediary between the client, landowners, government entities and other oil and gas operators to communicate and assist in matters involving oil and gas royalties, ownership and title examination. 

Experience

Juliana was admitted to practice law in November 2013. She has general litigation experience as well as practice in the transactional sector with a strong focus on contracts, real estate acquisitions, business formation, and oil and gas. She maintains membership to the State Bar of Texas in both the Oil, Gas and Energy Resources and Real Estate, Probate, and Trust Law Sections.
